Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to international destinations or P.O. Boxes at this time. For inquiries about shipping please contact our customer service team for additional information.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is on its way.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Typically delivers the next business day.

Shipping times may vary based on your location and the availability of the products.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery location. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Orders over $X may qualify for free standard shipping. (Specify the threshold amount for free shipping.)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our shipping carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect items and will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Returns and Exchanges

For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, and items must be in their original condition and packaging. 

Warranty Claims

  • If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or full refund.

Conditions

  • The warranty is valid for products that are unopened and in their original packaging.
  • The warranty does not cover products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
